HERE ARE A FEW QUESTIONS WE’VE BEEN ASKED
What is the one thing that surprised you about your travels so far?
We have adjusted to motor home living very quickly. Thought it would be tougher and take longer.
What has been one of your biggest challenges to adjust to in your new life on the road?
Biggest challenges are mostly for Suzie with laundry and meal planning/cooking.
She used to do a load or two of laundry every day at home. Now it piles up for three to four days. But using laundromats with multiple machines makes that task go by in 1-1.5 hours.
Shopping every other day or so has been an adjustment as we used to shop weekly and then just store in the garage fridge/freezers. Our fridge and freezer in the motor home are significantly smaller so we cannot store up more than 2-3 days of food.
