Paris, Texas that is…
We have a 4 hour drive today. We are driving right past our friends the Carltons so we asked if we could do lunch with them. We parked the RV in a Walmart parking lot a mile down the road and drove the van to their house.
We enjoyed lunch with Lizz and two of the girls.

We could only stay a couple of hours because we had to check in at the fairgrounds where the Hot Air Balloon festival is taking place between 4-6 pm in Paris, Texas.
But it was so nice to be able to spend time with our friends.
Naomi and Lizz came to the parking lot to see the RV. They took some good shots of us and the RV.
As we were about to drive off, Josh caught us in the nick of time. He came in to visit for a few minutes.
We gave him the grand tour…
Then we headed to Paris. We got checked in at the fairgrounds and collected our work shirts for the weekend.
After sunset, we drove around Paris to see their famous Eiffel Tower.
