Happy first day of winter! Today is the day with the least amount of daylight….then each day gets a little bit longer (sunlight that is).
We spent the first part of the day with cousins again. As we were pulling out of the yard after lunch to head further south, we bent an axle on the tow dolly so we cannot tow the van at the present. So Jeshuah and Jeremiah followed in the van.
We stopped off in Pierson to see Miss Virginia and show her the motor home. We saw her last in March and she wanted to see the motor home then but it just didn’t work out then to take her for a tour in it. So today, we brought it to her door. She took a tour an even sat in the captain’s chair.
Then on to Deland for the night. Donald is not feeling so good so Suzie ran to Chick Fila to get him some hot chicken noodle soup.
The driver needed a treat too. :0)
Tomorrow is a lunch get-together with Donald’s side of the family after church.
