Today we drove into Houston to go to the zoo.
Just this morning, Jedidiah had read the book Rikki Tikki Tavi about a mongoose. So he had to visit one up close at the zoo.
And of course, monkeying around at the monkey exhibit.
Some gibbons were playing in their exhibit doing ninja stuff and the kids were quite jealous at how good they were.
Of course, they did find something to climb on…
When the zoo closed, we headed to Chick Fila for supper and then a laundromat for some scrub-a-dub-dub.
