We are staying at Brazos Bend State Park. It is a really nice park with lots of trails and alligators.
This tree with the large burl is at our campsite.
Hiking:
Large alligators at the end of the peninsula.

This alligator was 5 feet off the trail.
Saw these initials carved on a tree. Not sure how or why they are standing out of the bark.
Thought these black sand anthills were neat.
This tree shows the water mark of how high the floods came the summer of 2016.
