Suzie and her mom (Nannie) went out to breakfast this morning. We stopped at Abbe’s Donut Nook to get a dozen homemade donuts. Unfortunately, Suzie forgot to grab a photo before everyone started in on them.
Here’s a sampling of what was left.

Today was the last free day we had to go to the beach. The day started out overcast but blew off by noon so we decided to give the beach a try. When we got there the parking lots were full. Spring break is happening in Florida.
There was a storm out there but it never came to shore.

We took a walk up and down the beach.
Thought this was interesting, we’ve never seen sunscreen dispensers at the beach before, it’s like a hand soap or sanitizer machine.
Boys are always on the lookout for ninja obstacles.
Came home and had chicken thighs and sides for supper. Nannie made some banana bread for a snack and we watched a Star Wars movie til late.
Tomorrow we’ll be going to a spring training baseball game in the afternoon. Tampa Bay Rays vs. Atlanta Braves.
Sure liked the photo of the storm out in the Gulf ! Glad it did not roll in!
