Heading back east

Thursday, May 16, 2019

So, the boys finally made up their minds.(0:

There is one more session of American Ninja Warrior in Cincinnati on May 24, 25. Jeremiah’s birthday is May 23rd and he’ll turn 18. One has to be 18 in order to course test (this is done a day or two before taping to get the obstacles just right and “bug” free so that taping for the show goes smooth with no obstacle malfunctions during taping).

There would be no better gift for Jeremiah on his 18th than for him to be able to touch and test an ANW course. So, we’re heading back for that. Since we’ll be there, Jeshuah will put his name in for the walk-on drawing. If he doesn’t get chosen, he too, will go for a day of course testing.

There is a possibility of heading over to NC for Mike Cook’s Memorial Day competition as well. We’d rather attend that than watch another taping of the show (unless, or course, Jeshuah gets on).

So, we got on I-90 and headed east. The landscape is so beautiful in Montana!!

There is so much sky…

More snow run off water.

Tractor on top of a hill.

The fog started to roll in over the tops pf the mountains. It looked pretty neat.

We ended up in Billings, MT at a Walmart for overnight.
