Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota

Friday, May 17, 2019

Today was a long day in the motor home. We drove 12 hours across the rest of Montana, all of North Dakota and a little of Minnesota. We are trying to outrun a snowstorm that is headed this direction so we are not stopping to overnight in ND. It was cold and rainy all day.

Liked this exit in ND.

Half an hour later, we pulled off at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

None of the trails were open at the park because the weather was so nasty.

North Dakota is a bit more flat.

Geese in Flight, Guinness Book of World Record holder for the largest metal sculpture.

Giant Holstein Cow on a hill off the highway.

We got into Minnesota after dark so our welcome photo didn’t turn out so good. We at least tried.

We again over-nighted in a Walmart parking lot.
