We had planned to go see the Hatteras Lighthouse and Ocracoke Lighthouse today…but the rain changed those plans. The one road that goes south was flooded so we just stayed put at the campground.
We stayed indoors until the afternoon and then played at the beach.
We did grab a jar of Atlantic Ocean water that we plan to pour into the Pacific Ocean when we get there later this year.
Since I took no photos that day, I thought I’d show you the collection of Junior Ranger badges that Kyrah, Audrah and Jedidiah have been earning at the national parks we’ve visited.
The last two are from state parks.
