Donald headed to his favorite BBQ place in Cary to have lunch with his former work buddies.
Then some long time friends came to the gym to visit and then we went to supper at El Tapatio, a Mexican restaurant in Rocky Mount.
Margi wanted us to try horchata, which is a sweet Mexican drink made from rice milk with cinnamon. It was very tasty.
Looks like I didn’t get Mr. Tom in the picture (sorry Tom!)

When we returned to the gym, we noticed that ninjas were starting to arrive to check out the obstacles.
