Today is our last day at Yellowstone.
It’s kind of odd driving up to a field and seeing steam rising from it.

The water is cold in some places and warm in others.

The water is so crystal clear…you want to just jump in.

This one is beautiful!

Along the roadside…

We crossed over the Continental Divide several times while we were here. You can see the elevation was significant.

We drove past Lake Yellowstone.

Snow had been in the forecast for the day. It obviously snowed up this mountain. Don’t the trees look like crystal trees?

Driving through a valley looking for wildlife.

Pronghorn

A pack of wolves feasting on a bison carcass.

More of the valley with an extinct geyser.

Fog was settling in over these hills.

Baby bison at the edge of the road.

Momma nearby

As the sun was setting, we got to see a black bear in the grass.

When we left the area where he was, we came upon another one not a quarter mile away on the other side of the road.

Some ninja fun throughout the day.
The boys play a game called Stick it or Lick it. It’s a jumping game and if they don’t stink the landing perfectly, they have to lick it.
Jed didn’t stick the landing…I know, yuck!
Love your ninja practices, whether Jed licking or J3 climbing non stairs. Jeremiah, you make your Nannie laugh:-)
