We went to church this morning with our cousins. Because we were first time visitors, we were treated to free treats from the coffee bar.

We came home afterwards and ate leftover tacos from the dinner last night. Uncle Jeff wanted to take everyone out to do some rappelling in the Bitterroot Mountains at Kootenai Creek.
Before going out, he wanted everyone who hadn’t ever done it to try a few practice runs. His living room is the ideal place for this.

The real thing…Donald went first so he could video everyone else coming down.
Kyrah, the photographer that was filming from the top went down before Kyrah did so there isn’t a topside video of Kyrah.
Still shots

Kyrah got a nasty scrape on her leg. But she says it was worth it.

Stopped on the way home for some groceries and snagged ice cream cones for a quarter!

Suzie and Joni didn’t go along. We stayed home and baked bread and cinnamon rolls and had some alone girl time.

What fun rappelling! Glad you had the opportunity. I am proud of all of you; especially Kyrah for sticking with it despite the souvenir of your scrape. Thanks, Jeff! I can smell the cinnamon rolls baking. Yum!
