October 6&7, 2018
Fredericksburg Ninja owned by Charlie and Suzanne McElvy is a new ninja gym in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a great gym and if you are in the area, you need to check it out. They not only have ninja, but also parkour, aerial arts and pole fitness.
They held UNAA competition this Saturday and an in-house competition on Sunday. Charlie did a fantastic job running kids through adult competitions on both days. Suzanne kept it all together with the registration paperwork and all the other behind-the-scenes jobs that make it happen.
Jeshuah and Jeremiah both competed and did very well. Males and females all went up against each other (in NNL the females qualify separately from the males).

This course for the adults was only one stage (the competitors agreed to combine stages one and two into one long 19 obstacle stage with a 7 minute 47 second time limit!!).

We had a lot of fun and had lots of time to visit old ninja friends and get to know new ones. (0:
