Today we headed to Baton Rouge. Had planned to go to a museum but that didn’t work out so we spotted a rec park nearby and stopped to eat lunch and play. They had a playground that no one was using so the kids plotted out a ninja course and started racing on it.
They even talked mom into trying.
Drove to the levee at LSU to take another look at the Mississippi River.
And found ninja obstacles. (0:
Then, because one of Donald’s former workmates suggested that we all try a local dessert called beignets, and this was our last day in Louisiana, we drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans to Café Du Monde.
Look at all that powdered sugar!!!
