We drove another 3 hours south today and arrived at 3pm at Canyon Lake RV Resort in Mission, Texas. It is a 55+ retirement community that allowed us to park here for several days while we’re here for a ninja warrior competition.
After parking, we walked around the park and so many people welcomed us. If you’re ever down that way, I would highly recommend a visit or a winter stay if you’re 55+ in age.
We strolled around the lake, it’s nice and clear.
The back of the park butts up to a pasture with cows.
Saw some different kinds of cactus.
