Catch up

Today was a day to catch up.

Suzie, Jeshuah, Jeremiah and Audrah went into town to run some errands.

Dropped Jeshuah and Jeremiah off at the laundromat to do laundry.

 

Then Suzie and Audrah went to Great Clips and got hair trims. Then they went back and picked up the boys and they all went to Walmart to go grocery shopping.

Later in the afternoon, we all decided to go for a hike in the park. We have been in this park before. We headed back to see the waterfalls. There were some people in the parking lot with major film equipment so we stopped to ask what was going on. They told us there were there filming a show for the History Channel. It was on UFO sightings. There are reenacting a couple’s “sighting”. Must’ve been decades ago as they had a really old car there they were planning to use.

We went on to the waterfall.

 

We hiked a bit past the waterfall area to a spot that had been underwater. Most likely a flash flood.

 

There was a calm peaceful spot on the creek.

 

Found some cool, breakable rocks too.

 

 

 

Came back and saw them getting ready to start filming. We wanted to stay and watch but they asked us to leave.

 

Came back to the motor home and had pot roast and vegetables for supper.

 

 

Donald and the big boys have been playing chess on Chess.com. They like the speed rounds where they can play 1,3,5,7 minutes games.
