This is the first time celebrating a birthday with the birthday person being absent from the family.
HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY Josiah!! We LOVE you and miss you much.
Josiah is in Florida with Suzie’s parents. Working on his college classes, helping greatly around the house and getting ready for a full time job.
We drove from Glacier NP to Ginkgo State Park; from Montana, through the skinny part of Idaho into Washington State.
Saw this pretty rainbow as we were fueling up.
Neat landscapes as we go,
At Ginkgo the petrified logs are scattered over the hillside and are enclosed in cages to protect from looters.
There is ONE Ginkgo log on display on the hillside along with Spruce, Douglas Fir, Walnut, Elm, Redwood.
The forest here before it’s destruction was filled with a variety of trees. None of which grow here now.

We enjoyed celebrating Josiah’s 20th birthday here in Florida, 🙂 It was his first day at his first full time job! Later, we had dinner at Cracker Barrel
